Let's divide this particular term into two part what exactly the digital marketing is if you talk about the traditional strategies there are the people used to advertise in either television media or maybe in paper media or maybe in the magazine or somewhere and they used to promote their products 

But now the time has been changed all that promotion has been moved into the digital sources so what are the digital sources.

when it comes to digital sources that means either you can sell those products using a website or maybe using a sales funnel.

So, what is this funnel everything i will be covering here in this article so now that you can see on the screen let's imagine guys you have certain products so let's imagine guys there are two categories one category is there is a company and company has their own website and that's why they are selling that product.

So, we can have multiple types of traffic the tribe the traffic from the search engine from the Facebook from the YouTube or any other paid or free media.

In all the cases if you have a website then probably you can drive that traffic back directly to your website and they can generate a sale

That's the one medium which everybody's doing but we as a digital marketer if we wanted to any affiliate product then what strategy we have to use that is what we call the sales funnel.

Which is currently training, and it is the future if you will start a blog so what happen is you will be writing a blog you will wait until the google will rank that blog or maybe you will make a certain

sale.

But to avoid that particular part and if you have a certain budget to advertise or to get paid traffic then the best approach to sell any affiliate product is using the sales funnel logic.

So, what is the sales funnel let's imagine guys earlier we were having this kind of different source of traffic specifically we were around the search engine optimization okay.

So, let's say this is the product which we wanted to sell okay and this time all this traffic will be driving in a middle layer page, and this is a one-page single page website.

So, you can uh you can build this website within an hour within a two hour at max and then can start driving traffic to that website and make sure you are getting a sales 

So, this is known as a sales funnel so now you don't have to wait that old strategy of building a huge blog writing a huge content.

If you have a certain paid media or paid ways of getting traffic, then obviously you should try Facebook advertisement YouTube advertisement all this medium you have to use to drive a traffic to this particular page and that page could be of two types
maybe it is capturing the email or maybe capturing the lead.

I will tell you how exactly it should be built up okay then after the users will be landed on this and then they will go to this particular Safeway

So just for an example I will show you hear something which is very interesting there you can see apple

Apple is a website, and they have their website they have listed their products, and everybody knows about it. 

So, they can directly drive their traffic so all this traffic they can directly send to their website because they have their own products listed on their website, so this is from the business perspective. 

But once it comes to affiliate marketers, we obviously don't have any reputed website we can pick one product in this week maybe second product in the next week and in that case, we cannot build up a huge website which can have very good reputations right.

and that way guys we will be using another approach which we call the sales funnel.

So, funnel is a mechanism where you are driving a topic traffic to certain page and from that page you are driving that traffic to another page or maybe from that page to a particular product page and maybe user will buy it.

So that's called the funnel, and this is what the future of digital marketing and almost all the affiliate marketers are doing this.

But the trend has been totally changed instead of driving that traffic to a blog or an individual website start driving
