You Will not be able to keep your domain name as your wish. (Default name of citizen Card.

Or you can Give your company documents to them to get the domain name of your company.

Go to the registration website here.

 Next:

Only Your real name and company name is allowed Type Your Real name (Citizen Card Name) Or Your Company Name and click search.

If the domain name is available. Click Register now and if it is not available or already taken it may suggest you the other domain name.

And after you clicked the register now button you will be redirected here.

And after that you need to fill all the forms asked there you need to add genuine details of your as in the citizen card. 

It will also ask the nameserver, you can give the nameserver of others hosting like Bluehost, Hottinger, etc. 

Simply search Bluehost nameserver like this and copy and paste in the form.

After the filling completes. There is a document sample required on the following way:
